Helpful details
- A description of the issue and the steps leading up to it.
- Your device, game version, and approximate time of the issue.
- Your sign-in method: Google or Facebook, and player ID if available.
- A screenshot with unnecessary personal details hidden.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment details.
Account or progress issues
Use the same sign-in method you originally used. Google and Facebook accounts are separate in the current version, even if the display names match. Signing out does not erase progress saved on the server.
Privacy and deletion requests
Read our Privacy Policy for information about data. Use Account deletion to request removal of your account and progress. You can start a request from the website even if you have uninstalled the app.
Publishing and advertising
Publisher: Roko Game Studios, shown as Rokogame on Google Play. Planned advertising is through AppLovin. The current launch plan has no in-app purchases.
