Automatic deletion inside the game

1. Use Android version 0.1.5 or later and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Player profile (ملف اللاعب), then Permanently delete account (حذف الحساب نهائيًا).
3. Read the warning and confirm with Permanently delete my account (حذف حسابي نهائيًا).
4. Wait for the success message. Active data is removed and all account sessions are closed. If the connection fails, retry when connected; do not consider the request complete until confirmation appears.

Deletion is permanent and includes progress and scores. Your Google or Facebook account itself is not deleted. Accounts created through the two providers are separate; delete each game account you want removed.

Start a request outside the game

You can request account deletion without reinstalling the game. Email support.sulimanbey@saggaar.com with the subject “Delete account — Suleiman Bey Files”.

This prepares a message in your email app; it does not send the request or automatically delete your account. If it does not open, copy the address and send the message manually.

Verify account ownership

Include your sign-in method (Google or Facebook) and player ID if available. If you do not know your ID, start with your display name and sign-in method; we will help with verification. A display name or sender address alone is not sufficient to authorize deletion.

We do not ask for your sign-in provider password or verification code. If you cannot access your account, tell us so we can establish an appropriate verification route without requiring reinstallation merely to submit the request.

What is removed?

• The game account, its Google or Facebook identifier link, display name, and profile picture.
• Case and investigation progress, evidence, puzzles, and attempts.
• Scores, leaderboard entries, and reward progress associated with the account.
• Account sign-in sessions.

Once deletion is complete, deleted account progress cannot be recovered. Signing in again may create a new account. Game account deletion does not delete your Google or Facebook account. If you used both sign-in methods, they are separate accounts; specify whether you want both deleted.

Timing and remaining information

In the game: active account data is removed automatically when the confirmed operation succeeds. Email requests: within 30 days after account ownership verification, followed by confirmation.

Backup data is removed within 90 days after deletion. A minimal record containing the internal identifier, timestamps, and a security fingerprint is kept for up to 90 days from confirmed completion to prevent restoration and support retries. It contains no progress, name, or picture. Deleted accounts are not reopened when a backup is restored.

When advertising is enabled, information independently retained by an advertising provider is also subject to its own rights process; see AppLovin privacy choices. The current launch plan has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
